The LC-P100 high-pressure constant flow pump features a unique design, utilizing high-quality imported sapphire plunger rods. The seals use imported energy storage, long-life, high-precision embedded spring seals. The sealing housing is made of filled PTFE, capable of sealing almost all chemical liquids and gases without aging issues. The flow switch of the constant flow pump adopts a high-precision sapphire ball valve; the valve seat is made of sapphire, and the valve ball is made of ruby, offering excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. The pump head is made of 316L high-performance stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance, and the pump lines are made of imported 316 stainless steel capillary tubing. The LC-P100 high-pressure constant flow pump is a double-plunger, seriesconnected, reciprocating constant flow pump. It utilizes stepper motor subdivision control technology, allowing for smooth operation at low speeds. The floating guide plunger installation method, along with carefully selected high-quality imported plunger rods and seals, ensures the long-term stability and durability of the pump’s fluid delivery system. Dual correction for flow compression system calibration and flow rate accuracy ensures extremely precise flow rates.
