1. Responsible for collecting preliminary data and conducting market research and verification for the development of new materials and products, providing direction for research and development;
2. Search for relevant industry information and literature, and complete the project initiation work for research and development projects;
3. Responsible for the R&D and performance test of new materials (biomedical materials, bio hydrogels);
4. Participate in the research and optimization of production processes for new materials, and transfer relevant intellectual property rights.
1. Major in biomaterials, biomedicine, tissue engineering, polymer materials, chemistry, etc., with a master's degree or above and at least 1 year of work experience;
2. Having innovative spirit and independent research and development capabilities, with strong planning and execution abilities;
3. Have a deep understanding of the research and development of biomaterials, and have experience in the preparation, modification, and characterization of biomaterials;
4. Has good communication skills and team spirit, outgoing personality, rigorous and pragmatic.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or business administration related disciplines, with a preference for a master's degree;
